How we calculate square footage...
Square footage is calculated from outside brick (or frame)
dimensions. Decks, porches, garages, attics, fireplaces, etc. are not included in
the living area. Balconies and open walk-ways in vaulted areas are included, as are
stairways and walkways. Two story and vaulted areas are not included in the total
calculation.
